Support for Andre's (Popula) Life Saving Surgeries

Family and Friends,

Recently, our dear friend and beloved member of the Dance/Popping community, Andre Kiner a.k.a. Popula, was rushed into the OR for urgent surgery. It was discovered that Andre's Appendix had ruptured days earlier, unknowingly to him. This was slowly causing an infection to spread in the abdomen and throughout the body, resulting in severe sepsis.

Thankfully, after multiple surgeries and weeks of recovery, Andre is still with us and is now in the comfort of his home with his family, continuing to heal. The road to recovery will be long and arduous; however, with the continued support from everyone, we know he'll come out stronger than before.

Unfortunately, this experience was difficult not only for Andre and his family to navigate through physically and mentally but also financially. Due to the physical nature of what Andre's body was put through, he's temporarily unable to work and gain the necessary income to continue to provide for his Family at this time. While we know he's a strong warrior and will pull through, it may still take months to do so.

If you're reading this, we're asking for any contribution that you may be able to afford. We know times are especially tough right now, but anything provided would immensely help his Family's current situation. Even through all this, he is still attempting to work in what ways he can. However, his time right now would be better spent recovering since the condition was extremely severe.

All proceeds will go directly to Andre and his family to help with Medical payments and current living expenses as he fully recovers over the next couple of months. Thank you very much for your time!
