On October 21, 2025, our dad, Analdis Mendez, known by friends and loved ones as Andy, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after a courageous fight with thyroid cancer. He was vocal and present until the very end, telling us he loved us, smiling, and leaving us with the kind of strength and humor he carried his whole life.

Analdis was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and godfather. He constantly put all others before himself, and he taught all of us by example what grit, generosity, and selflessness look like.

We’re raising funds to cover funeral and related costs so we can lay him to rest with dignity and give myself, my family, and his friends a chance to say goodbye.
