I have a 80 years old lady resident of the usa she cant pay her bill is 1000 dollars she is been late she usually sale food but everything has been so slow that she cant even do that is cold at her house she cant walk much is so dark in her i am afraid she will fell and get hurt please help me with what ever you can help
