I met Jeremy Adams over 20 years ago during our plumbing apprenticeship through ABC. Even back then, he stood out - quiet but sharp, competitive in the best way, and always pushing himself to be better. He was steady, driven, and someone you could always count on. That’s what makes losing him so hard to comprehend.
At just 42 years old, Jeremy was taken from us suddenly by a heart attack, leaving behind the love of his life, Amy, and their three amazing boys, ages 8, 12, and 16.
Jeremy and Amy’s story is one of true, lifelong love. Childhood sweethearts since Amy was 12 and Jeremy 14, they spent 28 years side by side and recently celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in February. Less than a year ago, they bought their home in Valrico, FL, where they were raising their boys and planning their future.
Jeremy was a devoted husband and the kind of dad who never missed a game, match, or practice. Whether at the baseball field, football field, golf course, or martial arts events, he was always there, cheering on his boys, living for their happiness and success.
Jeremy also poured that same dedication into his career, working his way from apprentice to Project Manager. He spent the past three years at RoyalAire Mechanical, where he had just earned a promotion he was excited to begin - a chapter he never got the chance to write.
Now, Amy and the boys are left with not only overwhelming grief but significant financial uncertainty. With a mortgage on a new home, three growing boys involved in activities they love, and the sudden loss of Jeremy’s income, the weight of this tragedy is enormous.
We are asking our community to rally around them during this heartbreaking time. If you are able, please consider donating. No amount is too small. Every contribution will go directly toward supporting Amy and the boys - helping cover immediate expenses, household needs, and providing stability as they navigate this heartbreaking new reality.
