We are reaching out with a sad story, heartfelt community response, and an opportunity to participate.

In late April, Acalanes student Amin Noroozi died as a result of a random accident. He was diving into waves with friends at Stinson Beach when he drove into a sandbar that broke his neck. Days later, he died in the hospital.

The community has come together in many ways to comfort this strong and resilient family during this extreme grief. One visible display is a clean-up and landscape project in the front yard at the family's home in Lafayette.

Mindful Construction has donated design and coordination services to oversee this project and is asking on behalf of the entire projects team to help us raise $2500 to cover the remaining costs of the project. Anything additional will help us purchase more items for the family like a bird bath or patio set! We have had several companies donate their services but are just a bit short on covering the remaining costs. Anything helps!
