Support for Alyssa Short’s Recovery :
On January 29th, our sweet Alyssa Short—just 24 years old—was involved in a terrible collision with a semitruck. The crash left her with very serious, life threatening injuries. She needs multiple surgeries and has already undergone several, and she remains in a coma while her medical team continues to do everything they can for her.
Alyssa is bright, kind, and deeply loved. She has her whole life ahead of her, and our hearts are aching as we wait and pray for the best possible outcome. So many people have reached out asking how they can help, and we are incredibly grateful for that love.
Alyssa has spent the last several years living away from her family, working incredibly hard to build a better future for herself. She moved away from home to pursue her career and has been dedicated to her studies in the medical field, working toward becoming a surgical technician. She is the kind of person who quietly carries a heavy load, always pushing herself to grow, learn, and do more. Being away from her family has not been easy, but she is a hard worker and determined to be independent.
How You Can Help :
Alyssa’s recovery will be long and challenging. Her family is facing significant medical expenses, travel costs, and the financial strain that comes with longterm care. Any financial support, big or small, truly makes a difference during a time like this.
Your financial donations, your prayers, and your messages of support mean more than we can express. Every bit of kindness reminds Alyssa’s family that they’re not alone in this.
With Gratitude :
We also want to thank the first responders, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who have been working tirelessly to save Alyssa’s life. Their compassion and dedication have been a blessing to all of us.
Thank you for standing with Alyssa. Thank you for praying. Thank you for giving hope to the family who needs it more than ever.
