My name is Kathleen Swank, and I am fundraising on behalf of my best friend Alma Aracely Hendley.
On September 2nd, 2022, Alma's husband
Jeremy, unexpectedly passed away in Cambridge MA. The couple had just moved to Cambridge on August 24th along with their dog son Louis and Alma’s sister Karla Vaez whom lived with the couple, for Jeremy to live his dream of attending Harvard Law School.
At this time, we are asking for donations to
help Alma, Karla, and their sweet dog Louis
become re-established in Oklahoma after this
devastating tragedy. Jeremy, Alma and Karla quit their jobs before moving to Massachusetts and sold most of their belongings, but the belongings they did have are still in Massachusetts pending arrangements for moving.
Alma and Jeremy were married for 12 years and had adopted Louis their 11 year old standard poodle 2 years ago. Louis became the center of their world, and together along with Karla they were determined to take on this new adventure in Cambridge. They were the epitome of love. Jeremy was a kind, giving, and exceptional person, who was taken from us too early.
