We don’t usually ask for help, but our family is going through something unimaginable right now, and we need you.

Our stepdad Alex has been in the hospital since December 30th, fighting severe heart blockages and sepsis. His condition went from stable to critical, and honestly, each day feels like holding our breath waiting for good news. He’s fighting so hard, but this battle is taking everything out of him and our family.

Our mom Sylvia has been by his side every single moment. Alex was transferred to a hospital in Santa Clara, so she’s staying in a hotel nearby to be close to him. She refuses to leave him alone through this, and we wouldn’t expect anything less from her. But the reality is that the medical bills are piling up, hotel costs are adding up fast, and it’s becoming more than we can handle on our own.

We’re asking for your help because our mom needs to be able to focus on Alex, not on how she’s going to pay for another night at the hotel or cover the next round of bills. Any amount you can give will directly help her stay by his side and ease the financial pressure that’s weighing on all of us.
