Support for Alex Jeffords Funeral and Hospital expenses

With the heaviest heart my 2 year old nephew, Alex Jeffords gained his angel wings and went to be with the lord at 4:45pm est on May 18th, 2024.

Alex was admitted to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for pneumonia in his right lung on Wednesday morning. Saturday he took a quick turn for the worst when his heart stopped. Alex fought hard and despite the doctor’s best effort’s in the end he took last breath in his mother’s arms.

He is survived by his mother, Melanie Jeffords and sister, Kamryn Smith.
