Hi, my name is Kari Sroufe; I am a dental hygiene instructor at Mt. Hood Community College. On Sunday November 7th, 2021, one of our students, Alexander Cuarteros, was in a serious car accident that left him with some injuries, but ultimately left him without his precious wife. He has two little girls, is a full-time dental hygiene student, and he is now faced with grieving the loss of his wife while juggling a very hectic schedule as well as the unexpected expenditures relating to funeral costs and care for his girls.

We want to help Alex in any way we can, from providing meal deliveries, groceries and support in any other way possible, as he grieves his loss. Providing a monetary donation through this GoFundMe page will go directly to Alex, which will allow him to use these financial gifts to cover the cost of whatever his family may need at this time.
