My name is Svetlana Katorcha, and I am the mother of Aleksandra Sudakov. Our family recently experienced an unimaginable and unexpected loss when my daughter Aleksandra passed away overseas. Aleksandra was born on May 2, 1985, and she was a deeply loved daughter, wife, mother, and friend. Her passing has left a profound void in the lives of all who knew her.
In addition to the emotional pain, our family is facing significant financial challenges. We need help covering funeral expenses and the costs of bringing Aleksandra home to the USA, so her loved ones can say goodbye and honor her memory together. These unexpected expenses have added to our hardship, and any support will make a meaningful difference.
Aleksandra (Sasha) leaves behind her husband, her son, and her daughter, who are now facing life without her love, guidance, and presence. As a family, we are doing everything we can to support them during this incredibly painful time. We are raising funds to help ease the immediate and ongoing financial burdens caused by this sudden loss, including funeral expenses, return to the USA, and support for Aleksandra’s children as they navigate the difficult months and years ahead.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will help provide stability and care for the family she loved so fiercely. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this heartbreaking time. Even sharing this page means more than we can express.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported our family during this incredibly difficult time.
Thanks to your kindness, generosity, and compassion, we were able to organize Aleksandra’s funeral and say our final goodbye surrounded by family and friends. Your donations, messages, and the many people who shared this page made a tremendous difference for our family.
Aleksandra meant so much to so many people. Seeing how many lives she touched and how many people cared about her has been a great comfort to us during this heartbreaking time.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us honor her memory and for supporting her children and our family as we begin to navigate life without her.
Your kindness will never be forgotten.
