Support for Albert Reaux & his family

Hi, my name is Matt Macias and I am fundraising for my best friend Albert Reaux and his family. Albert recently lost his father, Alvin Reaux, on April 22nd. This has been an extremely heartbreaking, stressful, and devastating situation for Albert and his family. Mr. Reaux was a disabled veteran who served 22 years in the Army and bravely fought in both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Albert has devoted his life to taking care of his father and pursuing higher education. Because of this Albert and his family were financially dependent on Mr. Reaux. Albert is currently a full-time student pursuing his Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology online at Arizona State University. As you can imagine, being a full-time graduate student and a primary caretaker for both of his parents left Albert with no time to work. The unexpected passing of his father also left him unprepared to take over all of the financial responsibilities such as rent, bills, and funeral expenses. Albert is currently searching for a job to cover all of their expenses and his tuition to finish his Master’s degree in the Fall. Anyone who knows Albert can attest to how kind, genuine, and loving he is. On top of this, he is also extremely hard-working, dedicated, and humble in everything he does. For the time being, Albert and his family need all of the financial support that they can get as they navigate through this unfortunate situation. It is my hope that our family, friends, and community can come together to support the Reaux family in their time of need.
