Many of you know my Dad, Dr. Alan Gubanich, former Professor of Biology and Ornithology at UNR. Last week, the home he and his wife Teresa own in Hidden Valley was devastated by a flash flood and mudslide. The home is uninhabitable and we don't know when or if they will be able to live there again.

They are currently staying with friends and we are caring for their dogs. We are trying to raise funds to find them housing and to help support the incredible cost for cleanup and repairs. Insurance has denied any coverage. We would deeply appreciate any assistance.
