Kristin and Art are amazing parents with two little boys, AJ and Henry. AJ just turned one on May 14th, but only two days later, he was admitted to Boston Children's Hospital after being diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy. The only option for AJ is a heart transplant, and the family has been facing unimaginable challenges ever since.

Art has been living by AJ's side in the hospital, while Kristin has to keep traveling back and forth to spend time with Henry, their other son. The emotional and physical toll is overwhelming, and they are doing everything they can to support both of their children during this crisis.
