Help for AJ – A Loving Father, Husband, Son, and the Best Barber in Town

We’re reaching out on behalf of our beloved Aj – a kindhearted, honest, and hardworking man who is the heart and soul of his family and community. His son’s hero, as he calls him. Aj is not just a talented barber; he is a devoted husband, a loving father, and a caring son. Anyone who knows him knows his genuine smile, humble spirit, and willingness to help others without hesitation. He is truly one of a kind.

To every single client who ever sat in his chair — if you're reading this, you know how much Aj has always appreciated your support. From the beginning, when he started as a barber without knowing English, to now, where he proudly owns his own shop, you’ve been part of his journey. You’ve seen his struggles over the past months, and the sacrifices he made to open that shop while providing for his family. He worked so hard for it, and he deserves to come back and enjoy what he built. You know how kind, proud, and genuine he is — always going above and beyond for others. He welcomed everyone with warmth and humility. Now, more than ever, he needs us to be there for him.

Recently, Aj suffered a critical medical emergency that has left him hospitalized and fighting for his life. He suffered two aneurysm ruptures and is now on life support with severe, irreversible brain damage. We are praying for a miracle.

His wife hasn’t left his side and continues to pray for God to bring her husband back to her and their son. As the sole provider for his household — his wife Bhuddika and young son Shenal — this tragedy has placed unimaginable emotional and financial strain on them. His mother and brothers, who live back home, are heartbroken and unable to be with him. Aj has always supported them, serving as a father figure to his younger brothers.

While doctors have taken the necessary steps to relieve the pressure on his brain and have reassured us that they’ve done everything in their power to help him, his fate is now in God’s hands. We remain hopeful, prayerful, and by his side every step of the way.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for your help. Any contribution — big or small — will go directly toward covering the family’s essential needs: mortgage payments, bills, travel and accommodation for hospital visits, and everyday living expenses. Sadly, Aj did not have life insurance.
