Aimee Burton, tamer of feral cats and wrangler of first graders, needs our help. Aimee has experienced a nervous breakdown. She has reached a level of burnout that requires professional help and rest. Aimee will be attending the partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Lindner Center of Hope, which involves daily intensive treatment with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting her progress, treatment, and coping skills development. She is taking a leave from her job to receive the care she needs, but with that comes added stress of medical bills and lost wages. Money donated here will go directly towards medical bills, food for Aimee and her girls, and to cover other basic household expenses, literally keeping the lights on as she heals and grows.
