A lot of you have heard by now that our beautiful baby girl, Adelaide Reynolds, isn't well. Adelaide was born with arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in her brain, and on Sunday, the AVM ruptured, causing a massive brain bleed. We called 911, and the Hardyston Police rushed her to the hospital. She was airlifted from Chilton to Morristown and prepped for immediate surgery. Those who are blessed to know Adelaide know that she is the best kid, with the kindest heart and a wonderful personality. Addy survived her first two surgeries, but her fight is just beginning. She is a fighter and has a warrior's heart.

So many of you are reaching out, and we are so grateful. Forgive us if we don't immediately respond—Adelaide could use all of you right now. She needs your love and prayers as she continues her recovery. The Reynolds family is facing mounting medical bills, and the stress of making sure Adelaide has everything she needs. Your support will help cover medical expenses, food, and anything else the family needs during this difficult time.

UPDATE!!!

Hello! I am blessed to share an update here on Adelaide so that April Linson-Reynolds and Mark Reynolds have all of their energy for their sweet girl.

We have been so incredibly surrounded by prayers and love, support and encouragement during this time. Your prayers have created a net that is holding Adelaide and our family and the doctors and nurses- from all around the world- in many languages, in homes, churches, temples, and virtually. We feel it.

Adelaide is being so well cared for. Since Sunday when she arrived there have been numerous layers of protection for her healing put in place. As she heals and regulates some of those layers can start to be lessened.

We are very happy to share that yesterday (just shy of 72 hours post surgery) Adelaide was able to come off of the cooling pad that was regulating her temperature and also off of the paralytic which is paired with using the pad to keep her body steadied. ❤️‍

She had a steady day of healing yesterday and we are praying for that again today. Please pray for her continued healing moment-by-moment l, step-by-step as the wonderful teams, doctors, and nurses attend to her.

April and Mark are humbled and being lifted up. Friends have helped with their pets, lawn, home, and daily needs.

Right now there is much unknown and they will need support over time. We all want to do everything in our power to heal Adelaide right now, but please know that every offer is treasured even if they can not receive it all right now.

Please know that she has great care, and that in each step she needs prayer.

For today please pray:

That her body can regulate her temperature

That her heart rate stays in a healthy range

That as they begin to lift sedation, she responds to stimuli and her swelling continues to lessen

Please continue to pray and hold her and send your encouragement and prayers to April and Mark. They may not be able to respond now, but they have played recordings of prayers to Adelaide and to carry themselves through the hard moments.
