As many as you know, my brother, Adam Kong has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and has not been able to work for the past 6 months because he has been in and out of the hospital in Chicago. Staci and Adam has 3 beautiful young children and a farm to raise so since he has been away,  it's been a struggle for my sister in-law to keep up finacinally with medical/personal expenses and with Staci being both parent to their children and working full-time, it has taken alot of time to be away from Adam. So I am reaching out to everyone I know to raise as much as possible to help them until them till he is back on his feet. If you have any questions, please let me know.
