Adam and Courtney tragically lost their twin boys, Noah and Liam early Tuesday morning. They appreciate all of your prayers and messages of support during this time. 

100% of funds will go directly to offsetting medical costs, funeral expenses, and time off from work. 

Adam shared this message on Facebook on Tuesday evening:

"The last 36 hours have truly been a nightmare. On Sunday evening, Courtney started having some discomfort and went to the doctor first thing Monday morning hoping it was nothing serious, instead they sent her to the hospital for closer monitoring. The discomfort was due to contractions and being partially dilated. There was no clear reasoning given as to why this happened. Our team of doctors tried everything they could to prevent baby Noah and Liam from coming out at the 21 week mark. Against all efforts from our team and Courtney, early in the morning of Tuesday-July 24th, Baby Noah and Liam were born. They were born absolutely perfect but unfortunately with them being so early there wasn’t much that could be done to correct the situation. We were able to spend a brief time with them, enough to fall in love.

We love them more than anything and know that God has a perfect plan for them and will keep them safe.

We would like to thank everyone who has shared their love and prayers for our sweet little boys.

We are making arrangements for an intimate burial for later this week."
