Support for absence from work

Some of you know what happened. I was assaulted and was hospitalized for 2 days.
All the injuries: 3 fractures in my eye socket, a hole in my tongue, bruising of my ribs and spine and neck from being bitten and choked. 
Very lucky to still have my eye sight. I was on a fine line of losing eye sight from blood pocket behind my eye and the pressure it was causing
The doctor is taking me out of work for two weeks since I operate heavy machinery and work with tons of steal each day. March second marks my 90 day mark at my job and I have no sick time until then. 
The two weeks I will be missing are unpaid. This makes me unable to pay my bills/rent/food/diapers/gas.
If anyone puts anything towards this I can repay once I get my next check if need be.
If you have any questions about what happened I would be willing to share alittle about what happened. The next two weeks I’m going to be healing and resting at home with my son River.
