Hi, I'm raising funds for the support and rehabilitation of my uncle Abdul Moallin.

Adbul suffered a stroke on the morning of November 1st while preparing for work and having breakfast with his family. He was admitted to Mass General Hospital and the following day was moved to the neurological unit. He was rushed into emergency surgery; the stroke caused his brain to swell severely, and surgeons had to remove part of his skull to alleviate the pressure. The procedure was critical in saving his life and he has since stabilized and begun physical therapy. He has lost control on his left side, and over the past month and a half has worked hard and made baby steps towards regaining use of his mobility.

No one could foresee this happening. He was perfectly healthy and active, and had no prior medical history that would indicate concern. Adbul was the primary provider of income for his wife Bella and 9-year-old son Adam. He is unable to work, and the substantial medical expenses have been an unexpected financial burden for the family.
