I’ve been in and out all of medical care for the last 6 months. I was terminated from my job and have no ability to pay for rent, utilities, and certain medications. I am simply asking for assistance while I’m trying to get through my medical needs. I’m a type 1 diabetic with special needs. Anything helps!
