I'm hoping to raise a little money for my friend Nicole who was just let go from her job. Her company is downsizing, so it was through no fault of her own.

She is a single mom of two children and has already used her savings to stay current on her rent.

She has worked full-time her entire adult life and never needed assistance. She will be applying for what she can, but it might not kick in until after the holidays. I'm hoping to raise enough to get her through New Years.

Whatever is raised will go directly to her to cover her rent, utilities, essential expenses, and maybe Christmas for the kids.
