I’m asking my community to show up for a mama and her children in Detroit who are navigating an acute health emergency and unsafe housing at the same time.

She recently underwent emergency surgery and is still in active recovery, with limited mobility and no ability to work. At the same time, the home she and her children are living in has serious health and safety issues that have gone unaddressed.

We’re raising funds to support safe housing, basic needs during medical recovery, and stability for her family. If you’re able to donate, share, or connect us with housing or tenant resources, it would make a real difference.
