Hi everyone! I am a 42-year-old momma of 3 amazing girls. Last year, I fell very ill and was laid off from my employer of 10-plus years, making it difficult to keep up with our bills, groceries, and necessities. I am still recovering and trying to get to a point where I can return to work. Now Doug’s (my fiancé) truck is acting up. During all of this, our landlord has retired and is selling the home my children and I have lived in for 14 years, as he doesn’t want to continue the real estate business through retirement.
