Hi everyone,

We are the Kirby family! We never thought we’d have to make one of these, but we’re in a tight spot and could really use a little help right now. Jackie proudly serves in the U.S. Army in Idaho, but with the current government shutdown, she is not receiving her regular pay. This has made it difficult to keep up with our basic bills. We have two young kids, and we both go to school full time, as we work hard to set up a better future for our young family.

Jackie has been applying for jobs of all kinds every single day and already has a few interviews lined up. We’re hopeful things will turn around soon; however, even if she’s hired right away, her first paycheck won’t come in time to cover rent for November.

We’re asking for help just to get through this month and keep a roof over our heads. Anything you can give, no matter how small, will go directly toward our rent and make an enormous difference for our family.
