My daughter Denise Whack was diagnosed with MS in 2022, and she has 2 little girls. She's a victim of domestic violence. She had 2 PFA orders against her child's father. Her life was changed on April 4, 2024, when her children's father came to her apartment, beat her, stole her car, wallet, debit card, and EBT card, then left her unconscious to die in the house with her 8 and 11-year-old children.
On April 5, 2024, I wasn't able to contact her after calling her several times. My sister called, and my 11-year-old granddaughter answered her cell phone, crying and begging my sister to come over because her mother was lying on her back, foaming at the mouth, and wouldn't wake up. My sister came right over and called the ambulance, and she was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. She had a massive blood clot and a huge stroke. This left her in a coma. If the children's father would've called the ambulance instead of leaving her there to die, she wouldn't be in a coma. The father was arrested the next day, April 6, 2024.
My daughter is awake now, but she has a trach and feeding tube. She's still unable to talk and walk, but I believe God is going to heal her completely. She's been in a nursing facility for 4 months and not getting proper care. I'm there with her every day, and when I'm ready to go home, she cries because she wants to come home with me and doesn't want me to leave her there. I want to bring her home so I can take care of her at home. I'm retired and don't have a weekly salary. This GoFundMe is to raise money to assist in building a room in my home with a wheelchair-accessible shower so I can bring her home and take care of her myself. I will appreciate any donation you can give, big or small. Thank you.
