Our community is coming together to support a local Amish family that just recently lost their home.

They are a family of ten (parents and eight kids) (ages ranging from a six-year-old up to their 24-year-old daughter with special needs).

They became very sick over the past few months. After some medical testing, they discovered that their home had dangerously high levels of black mold.

Sadly, the mold was so bad that the house couldn't be saved. For their safety, they have to burn it down - along with everything they own. They are going to lose all their clothes, furniture, keepsakes, and the kids' personal belongings.

While the family focuses on rebuilding and healing, we'd love to come together to help ease their burden a bit. This fundraiser is meant to replace some of the kids' personal items and the little things that bring them comfort and joy - especially with Christmas right around the corner.

Our hope is to bring some light and normalcy back into their lives after such a huge loss. Every bit helps, and 100% of what's given will go directly to this family to help them get back on their feet and bring some joy to the children this Christmas.
