Support for a Pat Paine's Mountain Home Recovery

Hi my friends...my life-long friend Pat Paine (Ex-Con) needs our help! Her home is located in the mountains above Bakersfield, and she's been surrounded by fires. She had to evacuate, has now returned home, but is without power and water for probably another month or so. She's purchased generators, but is struggling with the costs associated with gas, etc. to keep things running. She's on a fixed income and could really use our help.
