It's for my paternity and custody case I have against my child's mother. She moved away right before my kid was born. My child stayed with me for 3 years. 8 months ago, she said she was going to her mom's house to visit but never came back. Long story short, she left me off the birth certificate and promised to give her my last name, which was a lie too. Because she moved away, I missed the birth, which is why I wasn't there to sign the birth certificate. Now, I have no rights to my daughter. She's been keeping her away from me for a 9 months. I've seen her a handful of times. She is 9 months now. I need help getting money for a lawyer so I can do the paternity and custody case.
