Support For a Family with Two Terrible Losses

It is with great sadness that we share that on or around May 7th, 2022, Jeff and Kim Watson were tragically murdered in a robbery at their home in Arkansas. They leave behind three children (Cody, Tara, and Levi), one grandchild Killian, and a second grandchild that is on the way.

 

Jeff and Kim had been together since they met in the army as students at Ft. Sam Houston decades prior. Kim was a pillar in the family, hilarious and kind; she supported her husband and family. Jeff was extremely passionate about many things in life and always worked on new projects with his wife Kim in their home in Arkansas. It has been a personal dream of theirs to have the freedom and space they had been granted by owning their land in the rural mountainside they lived on.

 

We are hurt and devastated that this senseless act could rip apart an entire family. There is a void in our hearts that will never be filled. Jeff and Kim loved their family and did not deserve to be taken from them so suddenly and prematurely. We will never forget the beautiful memories made and the love exhibited by Jeff and Kim.

 

The family needs financial assistance to cover cleaning of the site, funeral expenses, court fees, loss of time at work, and travel expenses. Additionally, with the tragic event of losing both parents at once, the children are now left with the responsibility of wrapping up loose ends at Jeff and Kim’s Arkansas home. This donation will help the family avoid new and unexpected financial burdens and the already painful shock and hurt of the tragedy they are now coping with.

We have a long road ahead and will pursue justice for Jeff and Kim. We ask our family, friends, and community for support during his difficult time. We thank you in advance for any donation, no matter the size.
