In Memory of Gabriel Moreno

My name is Avangelina Moreno, and I am organizing this fundraiser for my 15-year-old brother, Gabriel Victor Moreno, on behalf of both my family and myself.

With heavy hearts, we are reaching out for support during this unimaginable time. Gabriel was in a tragic accident that caused severe injuries to his lung and heart. He was rushed to emergency surgery where Gabriel’s heart stopped for six minutes. Though he was miraculously revived, the lack of oxygen that he experienced during those 6 minutes led to two strokes, causing significant brain damage.

Now, Gabriel is facing even more devastating complications. His brain is swelling, leading to further damage, and doctors have told us that the chances of survival are extremely unlikely. We are preparing for the heartbreaking possibility that he will not make it through.

As we navigate this painful journey, we are raising funds to help with medical expenses, end-of-life care, and to support our family in this time of grief. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the burden and allow us to focus on being by his side.
