I’m starting this GoFundMe for my dear sister and an incredibly devoted mother, who is walking through one of the hardest seasons of her life.

Her son has been experiencing ongoing and unexplained medical issues, including chronic idiopathic urticaria, recurrent fevers, and signs of systemic inflammation. This has required extensive testing, multiple hospitalizations, and care from multiple specialists. While doctors continue working diligently to identify the underlying cause and determine the right treatment, the journey has been long, complex, and emotionally exhausting.

From a clinical standpoint, this has meant repeated lab work, specialist appointments, imaging, and hospital stays. From a practical standpoint, it has meant missed work, mounting medical bills- with no medical insurance, travel expenses, and financial strain that no family ever plans for. From a spiritual standpoint, it has required deep faith and trust in God through prolonged uncertainty.

I have watched my sister show up again and again with strength, courage, and unwavering advocacy for her son. She has fought tirelessly for answers, stayed present through long days and sleepless nights, and leaned on her faith when the weight of not knowing feels heavy. She believes God is still at work in this process and continues to pray for healing, wisdom for the medical team, and peace for her child.

I created this GoFundMe to help lift some of the financial burden she is carrying, so she can focus fully on what matters most: being there for her son, advocating for his health, and navigating this journey without the added pressure of financial fear.
