He catered to the Houston Rockets and spent many successful years serving prestigious companies with his culinary talents.

What truly set him apart was his generosity and heart. When Hurricane Ike struck, instead of letting food go to waste, he organized a massive cook-out for the community, providing comfort and nourishment during a time of catastrophe. His legacy of kindness and dedication lives on in his children and grandchildren, who are now left to honor his memory and manage the many expenses that come with such a loss.
