Many of you have had the pleasure of crossing paths with Caro, someone truly special at work—she is warm and treats everyone with care, and her heart is simply good.

Recently, her world was turned upside down by an unexpected and very serious medical situation. She is now facing an urgent, complex surgery and, understandably, cannot work during this time. She also has two children who depend on her, and the road to recovery is going to take time.

With her permission, I’m reaching out on her behalf—because she would never ask for help herself. If you’re able to contribute anything, whether it’s enough to cover a meal, some essentials, or just a gesture of support, it would mean the world. Every little bit helps to ease the burden while she focuses on healing.
