Support For Recovering From Storm Imelda

Our family is putting together this fund to help out my sister, Toni and her fiance, Keith who live in Humble, Texas which was just devastated by the storm Imelda.  My sister was able to save her two cats and get out of the house before the water reached the electrical outlets.  She had to swim to a neighbor up the road, that because it sits on a bit of a hill, was luckily not affected by the flooding.  We are incredibly grateful that she is safe, which in the end, is all that matters.  

The cost of salvaging some items let alone the path to replacing what was damaged or lost is going to be overwhelming.  We hope this fund can help to alleviate some of the financial and emotional stress of having to start over.  Equally, we are hoping it sends a message that they have a lot of people who love and support them - family, friends and strangers alike, whether miles or states away, are here for them and that they are not alone.
