This past August, my mother-in-law, Lisa Golding, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that changed her life forever. She sustained multiple serious injuries, the most significant being the loss of her leg.

Lisa spent over two weeks in the hospital and has faced an uphill battle ever since—physically, emotionally, and financially. All of this came not long after losing her beloved husband Mike, a proud Marine veteran.

Despite everything, Lisa has tried to stay strong. She's always been someone who brings light into other people’s lives, but lately, she’s shared that it often feels like the world is falling apart around her. She’s lost the ability to work, her medical bills are mounting, and now she’s at risk of losing her home. In a desperate effort to stay afloat, Lisa has sold much of her furniture—doing everything she can to hang on.

She’s not the kind of person who would ever ask for help. But right now, she truly needs it.
