We are raising funds in loving memory of Christina Marie West, known to most as Nina. She was a beautiful mother, sister, and friend who passed away on 4/19/2026 at just 50 years old after a courageous battle with stage 4 colon cancer. Her diagnosis came as a devastating shock. Like many of us, she believed she would have more time. Unfortunately, her illness progressed quickly and left her unable to continue working. She was forced to retire early, and in doing so, she also lost her health insurance during a time when she needed it most.
Nina leaves behind two sons, ages 13 and 23, who are now navigating life without their mother. In addition to their profound loss, they are facing overwhelming financial hardship. There are no resources available to cover final expenses, and they are currently without permanent housing, staying in an extended-stay hotel while trying to figure out what comes next.
Our goal is to ease at least the financial burden during this incredibly painful time so Nina's sons can focus on grieving and beginning to rebuild their lives without the added stress of immediate expenses.
