I am an 80-year-old man about to begin a 5-day per week, 7-week treatment plan of radiation and chemo for cancer in my neck. I have already had two surgeries this year for cancer in my upper palate, and the cancer in my neck was discovered from the pathology report after the second surgery. I will use these funds to pay for transportation to and from my home in Connecticut to the treatment site in Westchester County, NY.
