Support for 47 and 76GHz Amateur Radio project

I am in the process of building power amplifiers for 47GHz and 76GHz amateur radio bands .

The project has progressed well so far with device selection Mechanical design and PCB design finished up .

There are 2 challenges however and this is the reason for this fundraiser.

The first one is that the parts used are in die form and require die attach as well as wire bonding , this has to be done professionally not to waste any dies , the cost for the setup and bonding up to 10 devices is about $1600 to $1800 , this is a one time fee and subsequent orders will be lower in cost .

In order to keep the per unit cost reasonable it will be desired to build 10 units at once , the die cost is $285 and the supplier has 50 in stock , i have funds to buy 2 so need 8 more .

Any help to get this of the ground will be appreciated
