Support for our 22 weeks Miracle Micro Premie baby boy Kylo Elliot Carriere
We need your help to support a courageous mother and father who recently gave birth to a beautiful 22-week premature baby via emergency C-Section.
Baby Kylo Elliot Carriere was born prematurely at 22 weeks via emergency C-section on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at 4:55 AM, 565 grams.
Our tiny fighter miracle baby boy Kylo is currently in the intensive care unit, and the challenges this family faces are immense. Not only is their newborn battling for survival always at risk of complications and at any moment possibility of not making it. Both young parents is also struggling with adding unexpected financial burdens.
Due to baby Kylo’s critical condition, he’s currently admitted into the highest level neonatal intensive care unit, McMaster Children’s Hospital which is located about an hour from Keisha (Waterloo) and Ezra’s (London) home. They will have to travel to and from the hospital every day, but with the hopes that they’ll be able to get a place by Ronald McDonald housing closer to the hospital.
The days since baby Kylo was born he has faced numerous health challenges. He’s scheduled for brain scan to check for any bleeding, he will need to do a surgery outside of his heart to close the flow of blood in his tiny lungs, his skin’s very sensitive and has blisters that potentially cause infections, they are closely monitoring his lungs/breathing. He has low blood pressure, taking insulin and antibiotics. He’s on various medical equipment.
The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help ease the financial burden on baby Kylo’s young parents so they can focus on baby Kylo in NICU and bringing him home when he is strong enough.
Both Keisha and Ezra are still studying and working but unfortunately even with them working hard for their young family future and no medical coverage the expenses can be overwhelming.
They face significantly lost wages while focusing on their baby’s critical health and continued prayers for baby Kylo’s health and safe recovery. They have higher expenses than those generally associated with having a normal baby. There will be substantial bills, various costs, unique preemie circumstances.
More than the financial support that we ask for all of your loving prayers for baby Kylo’s continued good health and very safe recovery
With God’s loving grace Our Miracle baby boy Kylo is a such fighter continuously fighting all the odds to survive. He wasn’t even expected to survive as per the doctor’s if Keisha was to go on labour. Baby Kylo’s survival rate born at 22 weeks is 10-20% and potential health effects.
Thank you for taking the time to listen/read about baby Kylo’s story, and choosing to support him and his family’s fight in the NICU.
Anything you can give helps, let’s surround them with all the love and support we can. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
We Thank Everyone for all their continued support, love and prayers. God Bless You always
