Hello everyone, my name is Melody and I am organizing this GoFundMe in order to cover the cost of my 10-year-old dogs surgery. Her name is Fluffy, and we unfortunately found two tumors growing on her belly along with an umbilical hernia. Although it is not life-threatening at the moment, the tumors and umbilical hernia can become a problem down the line.

With that being said, she will need to have surgery to remove both tumors and have her umbilical hernia treated. The overall cost of surgery will include a hospitalization fee, anesthesia, prescriptions, IV catheter and injection, lab and blood work along with a few other miscellaneous costs. The cost of the surgery for the removal of her two tumors would range between $1600-$1700. There will be an additional cost to have her umbilical hernia treated which ranges from $300-$400 as well.

With that being said, my goal of this fundraiser is not only to raise funds to help assist with Fluffy’s surgery, but to also allow her to live as comfortably as possible with no potential life-threatening issues.
