Floyd's started a a restaurant a year ago and then a food truck for customers who could not drive that far to experience his good delicious Catfish. So he came to them in the Murfreesboro area that did very well crowds came from everywhere to taste his unique flavors he put on the turnip greens Mac n cheese Creamy coleslaw and don't forget his white beans and ham n fried apples. All with a drink included The people then tripped the rent and he and his family moved on once again to the shelbyville tn area. Which was a great location. That Saturday at the grand opening Chef Floyd went in to cook lit the stove like he always does there's was a massive explosion that left him with 50% of his body burned and also with him his daughters boyfriend who came to help. Floyd says thank God cause he was not supposed to go cook that morning his wife and daughter cause he had contractors to meet. But told them he would step in and do all the cooking thar Saturday morning so they were spared he said it rather been him. He is asking friends family community to help out in this horrific situation with medical expenses and recovery.
