Hi, I've been a lifelong friend to this guy here, Floyd Sheldon. He's a fighter, this guy who has suffered so much loss. He was just a baby when his mother and him were struck by a drunk driver, and she was killed. Floyd was raised by his grandparents but has lost them as well. Floyd has devoted his life to customer service in the Peoria area, working as a bag boy at a local grocery store and for many pizza places as a delivery driver, most recently as a driver delivering medications in Central Illinois to various nursing homes. Unfortunately, Floyd was on his way home from work on I-155 by Townline Rd. near Tremont, when another car hit him from behind, pushing his car off of the road and into a field. Floyd was hospitalized with only a 50:50 chance at survival with many injuries, including a severe concussion, severe brain bleed and a broken neck. His vehicle was totaled. As a result, he is unable to work, and his license has been temporarily revoked due to the injuries he sustained. The car that hit him carried only liability insurance. He has been unable to work as he recovers and goes to therapy for his injuries. This account is being set up for him so that he can pay his rent and basic bills until he can return to work. If you prefer to mail money rather than send electronically, mail to 511 E Wilson Ave Apt A, Peoria, Illinois 61603 c/o Floyd Sheldon. Thanks so much!
