I am in dire need of assistance for Flower’s upcoming medical bills. We are in the process of moving into a new apartment on April 1st, and between my own knee injury (patellar tendon tear on 3/10/26), causing me to lose a large number of hours at work, moving expenses, and this, we are hurting.

Flower began urinating blood and vomiting foam, and as she’s 13 years old, this is highly concerning. The X-ray, blood work, and urinalysis are what we need help with. The procedures have already been done and paid for, but now we are looking at an undetermined amount for future testing, medications, or procedures. Anyone who knows me personally knows that I am hyper-independent to a fault—I hate asking for help, and I wouldn’t ask if it weren’t dire. Flower is my best friend, and she’s been in my life for over a decade now, so I want to do whatever I can to help her live out her golden years free of pain and stress.

I will be using the funds to replenish the portion of our move-in deposit that was used to pay for the X-ray, urinalysis, and blood work performed on 3/24/26, which was $800, and I will be ending the fund as soon as the goal is reached. If curious, I can back up all expenses and cash flow with receipts, and would be glad to provide that info to anyone donating.

As of 3/25/26, we are awaiting test results back as kidney/bladder stones/crystals have been ruled out, and I’ll keep this page as up to date with new information as it comes.
