My name is Talia and I am raising funds for my mom, Flo. She is currently fighting for her life at KMC. Her kidneys and liver are failing.

She is a tribal member and is covered only at the reservation and had not looked into other forms of insurance. Meaning, she has zero insurance right now. I have been on the phone talking to insurance companies and health and welfare trying to get ANY insurance with zero progress!

We are hoping to have insurance ASAP so future medical expenses are covered.

Today we were told the Dr. has to send Health and Welfare a document to let them know she’s unable to sign for herself right now. Hopefully she should get coverage that will back pay the past 30 days which would be amazing news!

So far, she has been at the hospital since Monday, May 4th, 2026. She is currently under anesthesia with tubes for survival and dialysis to try and get her kidneys functioning as they are currently not, along with her liver.

My mom has been such a kind, loving, and generous person and friend to many.
