Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

With heavy hearts, we reach out to you during this difficult time to ask for your support as we say goodbye to beloved Maria Chavez. Born on April 2, 1942, Maria graced this world for 83 wonderful years before her passing on February 1, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories, including her two devoted daughters, Flor Bautista (our very own CCH technician) and Elizabeth Chavez.

Maria was a woman who truly touched the hearts of those around her. Her cheerful spirit, warm smile, and natural ability to connect with anyone made her a source of joy in any room. As a housewife, she dedicated her life to her family, and her grandchildren were the center of her world. From cooking delicious meals to knitting thoughtful gifts, she enriched the lives of those she loved. Her nightly walks after dinner were a simple but beautiful reminder of her appreciation for life’s quiet moments.

As we come together to honor her memory, we are kindly seeking financial support to cover the funeral expenses and give Maria the farewell she deserves.
