My home state of Córdoba, Colombia, is experiencing one of the worst floods in its history. More than 40,000 families have lost everything—homes, belongings, and even access to basic necessities. The local shelters are overwhelmed, and the community is struggling to provide enough support for everyone affected. Friends and neighbors are coming together, making food to bring to the shelters, and collecting clothes, personal care products, and toys to entertain the children. Even food for animals is desperately needed, as many pets have also been displaced by the floods.

Despite these efforts, the resources available are simply not enough to meet the immense need. The situation is truly heartbreaking, and every day more families find themselves without a safe place to stay. I am raising funds to send directly to trusted local organizations and volunteers who are working tirelessly to help those in need.
