Hey everyone, sorry to add to the many sob stories in this world. A recent fire in the unit below my home crept up into our level and has displaced me and two other tenants. It looks like we will have to be out for 3-6 months at least while the demo and repairs are done. We will be entering a short to medium-term rental market in Boston that is... not the cheapest, with putting up first/last/security/broker's fees, and will be looking at costs for belongings and furniture replacement, storage for what can be salvaged, and probably other things we haven't thought of. Rather than just posting sad soot filled photos and torn walls, I wanted to primarily share pictures of the place I’ve put a lot of hard work into calling home inside and out, and that we all want to get back to. Be well!
