Support Fiona's Brain Cancer Brawl

Twenty-four years ago, Fiona successfully battled a rare form of breast cancer. On June 12, 2024, a seizure at work led to a series of tests at her local hospital determining that she had a growth on her brain. Sent by urgent transport to University Hospital, she was informed that the growth was a brain tumour. She was scheduled for a brain biopsy (which she will tell you is one of the coolest things she's ever experienced!) Within hours, her world changed. They diagnosed her with a Glioblastoma, one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer....but they have not met our Fiona!

Never backing down from a challenge, she has begun aggressive chemo and radiation treatments with a contagious sense of optimism.

As you know, life goes on when challenges arise. With her husband's health not 100%, her daughter entering her 4th year of University, and government funding for treatment not guaranteed, the financial burden on the family is mounting.
